NextLevel CRM

The jobs falling between your tools are costing you customers.

Missed calls nobody returns. Follow-ups that depend on someone remembering. Invoices chased by hand. NextLevel CRM puts the whole customer journey in one system. Try the whole thing free for 14 days, then £97 a month.

The problem

None of this is a software problem. It is a gaps problem.

  • A call comes in while you are with a client. Nobody rings back. The enquiry goes to whoever answered first.
  • A lead asks for a quote on Thursday. It goes out on Monday, if it goes out at all.
  • A booking is made by email. No reminder is sent, and half of them do not turn up.
  • An invoice is raised in one place and chased from another, when someone notices.
  • A happy customer is never asked for a review, so the only reviews you have are from unhappy ones.

Every one of these is a person who was ready to buy, and a system that was not ready to catch them.

You do not fix this by working harder or by buying a sixth tool. You fix it by having one system that already knows what happens next, and does it.

What it does

One system, from first contact to paid invoice

Nothing is missed

Calls, forms, messages and enquiries all land in one place, are logged against the right contact, and trigger the follow-up automatically. No inbox, no sticky note.

Nothing is manual

Quotes, bookings, reminders, invoices and review requests all run to a sequence you set once. The system does the chasing.

Nothing is hidden

One pipeline showing every opportunity, its stage and its value. You can see where revenue is stuck instead of guessing.

What you get for the money

The whole toolkit is on the entry plan

Funnels, websites, email, SMS, booking, payments, reviews, forms and the pipeline are all on the £97 plan. The tools are not drip-fed to push you up a tier. What the higher plans add is people and intelligence: support, more users and monthly reviews on Pro, and the AI Employee on Expertise.

The toolkit is not drip-fed

Every core tool is on the entry plan. You are not starting on a stripped-back version and discovering the useful part costs more.

One subscription instead of six

Booking, email and SMS, invoicing, reviews, pages and pipeline are all in the box. Most businesses arrive here paying for several of those separately.

Cancel any time, no contract

Monthly, and you can stop at the end of any month. There is a yearly option with bonuses if you would rather commit.

On the Expertise plan

The AI Employee, working the hours you cannot

This one is not on the entry plan, and it is the main reason people move up. A set of AI functions running inside the CRM rather than beside it, so they act on the same customer record your team works from.

AI Voice

Answers calls rather than letting them ring out, and logs what was said against the contact.

AI Chat

Replies on WhatsApp, your website and social channels without anyone having to be watching.

AI Content

Drafts emails, posts and campaign copy, so the follow-up gets written instead of postponed.

AI Funnel

Captures enquiries and nurtures them through the pipeline rather than leaving them sitting at stage one.

AI Review

Asks for the review at the right moment and builds the listing that new customers actually read.

AI Insights

Reports on what is working, without anyone exporting a spreadsheet on a Friday afternoon.

It does not have to be the whole system

Run it as the engine behind something you have built

Some businesses want the CRM to do the CRM's job and nothing else. Elsham Properties runs NextLevel CRM as the engine behind a custom-built platform: NextLevel handles lead capture, the forms and the workflows behind them, while their own content system and AI integration sit alongside it and talk to it over the API. That is a supported way to run it, not a workaround, and it is where the wider Floodlight engineering work usually starts.

Before you ask

The questions we get every time

What do I get in the 14-day free trial?
The working platform, not a cut-down demo version. Funnels and websites, email and SMS, campaigns and automations, booking, payments and proposals, forms, reviews, the contact database and the pipeline. You can cancel at any point during the trial.
What is on the £97 Starter plan?
Every core tool: social media management, email marketing, phone and SMS, campaigns and automations, reputation management with listings and reviews, appointment booking, payments and proposals, funnels, websites, surveys and forms, the contact and company database, the sales pipeline, reporting, and courses and communities.
What do the higher plans add?
Pro at £297 adds premium support, ten users, and a monthly marketing audit and system health check. Expertise at £497 adds the AI Employee, covering AI voice, chat, content, funnel, review and insights, plus a monthly coaching call. They add people and intelligence rather than unlocking basic features.
What is the AI Employee?
A set of AI functions working inside the CRM around the clock: answering on WhatsApp, the website and social, drafting emails, posts and copy, capturing and nurturing leads through funnels, collecting reviews, and reporting. It is on the Expertise plan.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is a yearly option with bonuses if you would rather commit for longer.
Can NextLevel CRM work alongside a system we have already built?
Yes. It has an API, and running it as the CRM engine behind your own website or application is a supported setup rather than a workaround. Elsham Properties runs it that way, with NextLevel handling lead capture and workflows behind a custom-built platform.
What happens to the tools we are using now?
Nothing, until you decide otherwise. Most businesses run both for a few weeks and cancel the old subscriptions one at a time, as each is proved redundant. We would not recommend switching anything off on day one.

Try it for 14 days before you decide

Set it up, connect a form, watch one enquiry come through and get followed up on its own. That tells you more than any demo would.
